  • Dementia Pathfinders are proud to be nominated and shortlisted for a National Dementia Care Award 2016 Posted on 19 October 2016

     

    For the 7th consecutive year the National Dementia Care Awards will return to celebrate the very best people in Dementia Care, culminating in an Awards Presentation Dinner. Following the phenomenal success of the 2015 Awards, we will continue to highlight excellence in all parts of the sector and reward those who work tirelessly to provide consistently outstanding care.

    Dementia Pathfinders 'Supporting People with Young Onset Dementia and their Families' training programme has been shortlisted in the catergory 'Best Dementia Training Initiative 2016' and 'Dance for Life, Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures & Re:Bourne', shortlisted in the category 'Outstanding Dementia Care Innovation.

    This prestigious gala night will take place on 3rd November 2016 at the Brighton Centre as a part of the UK Dementia Congress 2016.
